While importing the csv file, you can now pick an Account. We just added this feature. That still does not solve your problem. A workaround now is to just delete the 300 records and re-import them. Or you could wait for a day or two and we'll add a way to move entries into a different Account (in the Expenses - Custom View screen).

We rolled out this feature to move expenses into a different Account. This was definitely very necessary to manage expense entries and make corrections. This is available in the My Account - Expenses - Advanced Expense View screen. Once you list expenses, you will see an icon to move expenses into a different account.

We decided to expose this functionality only in the Advanced/Custom View because we wanted to keep the other views clean and the assumption is that users won't need to move expenses from one account to another that often.
