Date doesn't work in multiple expenses screen

When I am entering multiple expenses, I set the date in the date field that the expense is for, however, it all gets recorded as today's date, not the date I set. This is a new error, it didn't used to do this.

At first, I was not able to reproduce this issue. Hence the delay. I now realized that the dates are not saved right when you type in a date directly into the field. It works when you use the date picker to set the date.

We modified this form to disallow typing in of dates into the field, users can only set a date via the date picker.
