more features required in your application |
i like to use your application to list down my expenses, it is user friendly site.
I wish you can add few more features like :-
1. I want to save reports in the form of links, so i can open the report straight from the link.
2.On the Expense view page, we should have a dropdown to list down the categories like housing, food etc. Dropdown access is quick.

About 1. - Yes, good point, added this to the list of enhancements.
About 2. - This drop down with the Types - is it like a filter? So instead of going to reports, you could just select a Type value and see the expenses for that Type, right? Yes, that would be good too.

We are working on this feature to save your reports. This is taking a little longer than we expected. We are also utilizing this time to clean up some existing features in Views and Reports. When it is done, you will be able to define your own reports using the Advanced Reports feature, save it and your subsequent visits to Advanced Reports will also list your saved reports. This will be rolled out in a few days. Hope you like the finished product!

You can now define and create your own reports and save these.

As you said, a drop down with expense types would be really good to quickly jump to look at expenses in a particular category. But on looking at the Expenses List view, I realized that the view is already a little complicated (a bit cluttered). So the idea to incorporate the types view in the enhancement coming soon (well, in a few weeks).
