Would it be possible to add payments that happen every nth week (2 for instance) instead of monthly? Same goes for income.

Yes, it is possible to add more recurrence login to payments, income and also reminders. As you mention, something like "Occurs every 2nd Monday" would be a very good enhancement. I have added this to the list. The challenge is to build a clean user interface to help set up this recurrence logic.
