When I have a type there or the worng category, date or whatever, I want to correct it. Right now I don't know how to do that and must delete the expense and type it anew. That is not user-friendly.

No, you don't have to delete the expense and add a new one. When you list your expense, click on the expense type or the expense description (these are bold blue links) and the expense opens up in a popup, edit it and click Save. That will just edit and save your existing expense.

That's right, thank you for your answer. But mostly I forget to type or select the correct date (expecially when I am typing more expenses in a row), and date is something I cannot edit. The amount, too, is not editable. )-: Maybe in the back-end database or whatever that is, these are the fields which are technically bound to be uneditable, but you could at least fake their editability to us users, and when I change the date or the expense-amount, it could internally run a script to create a new expense record with the corrected data and delete the old one. Because this is exactly what one must do manually if date or amount has to be corrected.

The date and type are editable too. When you click on the expense type or description, the whole expense opens up in a popup. Have you tried this? Do you have any problems with this? Then you just edit the date and amount or anything just like you did the first time when you created the expense.

Oh, now I see. I am sorry that I did not notice right away. I somehow thought I can change only that field on which I have clicked. But now I realized I can just click on the category or something else of that expense and edit the date or the amount of it. How easy.
In this sense, thank you for these replies. Now I like this webtool even more and think I am going to use it.
