Improve img tags of icons

I have a rather slow connection and I am annoyed everytime I open the expensePage.php. There I see the various icons loading. Their tags are lacking width and height attributes and since they have a lengthy alt description, the page which is being build-up in my browser looks rather messy and gets step by step better when the icons are loading.

I could click the icons at least one second earlier if their img tags had proper width and height attributes by which their frames would not dance around on the page while it is loading in the browser.

Please consider fixing that, thank you.
