Thanks for the compliments! Yes, we can add a memo field. For most expense entries, the Description field serves like the memo field, but I think the additional memo field will help for entries that were imported from bank statements (where the description can be a little cryptic). Is this what you had in mind too?

Sorry i don't understand what you mean with the little cryptic, but i suggested it because like you said some expenses you know where from but if you go back on the register like 6 or 12 month it very hard o difficult to remember business expenses like dining with who by that day.. I hope you understand what I try to focus I use this services for my business and personal expenses I love it because it 24-7 anywhere with my mobile app too it is fantastic, sorry about my English it not too good, but I do my best thanks.

I have added a memo field to the expense entry form. This memo field is only available when entering a single expense.
