jadoremoney Oct 27th, 2011 I have been using your self defined reports feature. The feature is not working properly. I select a Type from my budget but when I click show report it does not always show expenses that I have definitely entered. What seems to happen is that the report takes a budget category such as 'Household Expenses' and changes it to 'HouseholdExpenses'. Though I am selecting categories from my budget not typing them in from scratch. I have spent a few hours today producing reports based on months of figures. Now I am left wondering if the figures given are correct. Please fix this.
support Oct 28th, 2011 This is fixed now. Thanks for tracking the issue so well! It made our job much easier! The issue was that instead of trimming the blank spaces from the start and end of the types, we just squeezed out all the spaces. Sad, but that was the issue and it is fixed now. If you have any saved reports with types like HouseholdExpenses, you will have edit them with the right type like Household Expenses. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks once again for reporting this issue and explaining it so clearly!
