Is there a possibility to create "expense report by account" and have a pie chart for expenses in each of the accounts?

Yes, actually this is in our list of to-do items.
Not absolutely sure, but we might release this as a premium feature.

Rolled out this feature. Go to My Account - View and Reports and there you see Expense Report by Account, click this and rest is standard - pick a date range and click Go.
