Account ballance and running total |
In the beginning of the month my savings account ballance equals the income for that month. After adding expences to this savings account the running total is calculated correctly while the account ballance is not. I did not make a manual entry to the ballance. Today it gave me a $100 difference.
Is this a bug of some sort or I am missing something about the ballance calculation?

I have written a post related to this issue before. It is still not visible in the message board.
Today I got another strange behavior of the account balance result. Here is an example.
An account balance was $999 in the beginning of the month. I made an expense one week ago $38 and the new account balance was calculated correct equal to $961.
Yesterday I logged another expense $74 but account balance was not updated and still it says $961!
Please have a look at this. It is important to me and my wife!
All other calculations - running total and expense total are correct!

Sorry about the delay in responding, we were looking at the issue, just missed approving the message.
This does seem like a bug, but not sure yet what the issue is.

This turned out to be a rather embarrassing bug, but it is fixed now. The issue was that when expenses were entered using the Multiple Expense Entry form, the account balance was not updated. This is fixed now.
