Can my monthly mortgage payments to my rental properties and monthly bills that are the same each month be automatically recorded to the perspective rental properties? Currently I have to manually input the same amount monthly.

Yes, these can be recorded automatically. You can set these up as Monthly Payments for the mortgage payments and Monthly Income for the rental income. Once you set these up with the amount, the day of the month you want these recorded, these entries are created automatically.

I have multiple properties with different mortgage amounts for each unit. I need them to record on each separate property, not a total of all mortgages. Example $1000 mortgage for 912-914 Church Street, $1200 to 5456 Snyder Avenue and so on. Can you have a reoccurring amount per property each month. I don't need a total of monthly mortgage payments. I also would like to do the same for reoccurring monthly expenses that are the same each month.

Yes. In this example, I would create 2 Monthly Payments - one with description 912-914 Church Street and amount $1000 and one with description 5426 Snyder Avenue for amount $1200. And these will get recorded as expenses at the set date automatically. Same thing for income, you can set up Monthly Income to record income every month automatically.

I put 912 - 914 Church sSreet in the description and amount $1000 as you instructed. The entry does not get listed in 912-914 Church Street. It is listed under "no account". Is there any way we could speak to resolve this problem instead of repeated emails with no resolution?

OK. Got it now. Sorry, I misunderstood your question. At the moment, this feature to automatically put the expense or income into an account does not exist. But we have had this feature in our backlog for a while now. We'll roll out this feature ASAP.

We have rolled out this feature now. You can now specify an Account when setting up a Monthly Payment or Monthly Income. When this auto entered, the system sets the preset Account as its expense or income account.
