Mastersoft MSMS Money import (compatibility) errors

Import gives a Lot of "Error writing to db!", when I tried to import 1 month income/expenses from Mastersoft MSMS Money I'm using at my Symbian smartphone. A year QIF or even CSV files of expenses dont import at all (error). Could you check compatibility with Mastersoft MSMS Money exporting QIF and CMS files?

Also unknown for expenseRegister (but with given names) categories go to "Other" - it's better to make new all unknown categories and subcategories or make some rules/ways to synchronize cats/subcats.

One problem with qif files is that there is no standard date format (mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy or dd/mm/yy, etc). My guess is your qif files have dates in dd/mm/yyyy format and we require mm/dd/yyyy format. Is there a way you can confirm this theory? Can you download your qif file with mm/dd/yyyy dates and then import that into expenseRegister?

We really should fix the error message! I am adding that request to the queue.

There is a whole new expense categorization feature in the works - one where the app will remember the users' expense category picks for a new expense description and the same expense category will auto fill every subsequent time the same description is used.
