The message board is a useful tool but my question posted on 25 Jan (though added to a previous thread) does not appear as a latest entry on the message board. This means that it looks as though there has not been much dialogue when there has been. Is there a way for you show any latest additions to the message board on the first page?
Another addition would be to add a way to search the message board so that one could check for related queries. This would hopefully save you time responding to questions already answered.
I await a reply to my 25 Jan question (15 Oct query).
