Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to invite user such as maksreymom@gmail.com can access all my invoice, income, expense... when i invite and go to check on user sreymom she cannot see my expense, invoice...
Please help me

What you want to do is share your account (partly) with your friend. To do so, go to My Account - Review Account and then type in the expenseRegister username of your friend and click the Add New Reviewer button. Now, your friend will be able to see your expense and income entries from their account.
The Invite just sends an email to your friend letting them know about expenseRegister.

When you are entering an expense manually, you can just key in your expense type in the Type field. expenseRegister does try to determine the type automatically, but you can overwrite that.
