How to Lock Entering & Editing beyond a certain date.
bagree Jun 26th, 2014 I am suppose to reconcile all expenses and match the balance within 2 days. but someone else is suppose to enter the expenses. What I want is once I have done my Reconciliation there should not be any more entries (expenses or income) entered or edited. How do I do this? If this is possible I am ready to pay of monthly subscription.
support Jul 29th, 2014 We released an Account Lock feature last week. With this an Account Reviewer will be able to lock entries on account up to a certain date. For example: The account reviewer (accountant) could lock entries for a period after reviewing expenses for that period.
