Inconsistency of expenses reported between Income Statement and other Expense Reports

In all Expense Reports the TRANSFER (from account to account) and PAYMENT (payment of credit card) are not reported as expenses and that seems to be the correct way.
However they are reported in the Income Statement Report therefore the Total Expense and Net Income are skewed. The TRANSFER cannot be accounted as expenses because the money is still there but in another account; the PAYMENT should not be counted either because I already recorded expenses paid with credit card therefore my expenses via credit card are counted twice.
