We changed how we release new features. Now we just release the tools in the main area, sometimes we release it to a beta group, but we don't release new features in the beta page as beta tools.
The beta tools page itself still lingers there as we did not have enough users for that 1 tool there, but we also did not see any reason to pull the plug on it.
