The budget graphs that show the budgeted V/s actual expenses in a bar chart is still being displayed. When you view a budget, you see these bar charts for each expense category.
I checked the personal budget, family budget and custom and I see these bar charts. Can you re-check or tell us the path you took where the budget view does not have these bar charts?
